Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks before arrival date. Full refund of deposit will be returned.
If cancellation is within two weeks of arrival date, 50 % of deposit will be returned.
No refunds if cancellation is within 2 days of arrival date, on a Holiday weekend or during the month of October.
